These workshops intend to help us move through any awkwardness that can arise from seasons shifting. Let's welcome our most creative and energized season of the year: Summer.
With Delphine's intuitive guidance, you'll delve into a gentle practice that fosters a deep connection with your body, mind, and spirit. Embrace the nurturing environment of a safe and inclusive community, where participants are encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace. The workshops offer a serene haven to unwind, supported by the warmth and encouragement of fellow participants.
These special seasonal sessions are thoughtfully timed with the year's pivotal pulse points: the remaining three will be: Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice.
Each will fall on the Saturday before the Solstice or Equinox's actual date, and the Time of Day will be 11 am-1:00 pm.

Please Bring:
- your yoga mat
- a yoga blanket
- a long yoga strap
- a bolster, or a firm pillow.
This entire experience is meant to be in harmony with your healing. So often, in physical practices, we try to "be the boss " of our bodies; in this class, you are encouraged to follow your breath and your body’s lead. Go slow, check-in, and pause when something doesn't feel right for you.If your wrists or elbows cannot bear weight, please practice child's pose. If child's pose hurts, take a moment to lay on your back with your large pillow or bolster under your knees. Or try out any of these restorative heart-opening postures.
