We have had an incredible time sharing these moments of reflection and rejuvenation with you and we hope you will join us for this healing "sealing of all the benefits of 2025 moment!"  as you savor the experience (again, or for the first time) with an exquisite hot tea handpicked to complement this season's unique energy.

 

This time of soothing contemplation will refresh your senses and leave you feeling invigorated. Whether you're seeking a gentle reset or simply wish to immerse yourself in the rhythms of nature, these workshops provide the perfect opportunity to pause, realign, and connect. Join Delphine for a journey of restorative exploration, and experience the harmony and joy that come from living attuned to the natural cycles of the year.  

 

These special sessions are thoughtfully timed with the year's pivotal pulse points: the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice. Check below for the dates of our four rolling out in 2026.

Each will fall on the Saturday Prior to the Solstice or Equinox's actual date, and Time of Day will be 11 am-1:00 (ish)   pm.

Please Bring: 

  • your yoga mat
  • a journal and a pen
  • a yoga blanket
  • a long yoga strap
  • a bolster, or a firm pillow

 

This entire experience is meant to be in harmony with your healing. So often, in physical practices, we try to "be the boss " of our bodies; in this class, you are encouraged to follow your breath and your body’s lead. Go slow, check-in, and pause when something doesn't feel right for you.If your wrists or elbows cannot bear weight, please practice child's pose. If child's pose hurts, take a moment to lay on your back with your large pillow or bolster under your knees. Or try out any of these restorative heart-opening postures.
