What to Expect
​
This class is categorized as a vinyasa flow form, which carries a gentle, steady arc "up the side of the mountain" —an intentional arrangement of postures to invite transformation while warming and strengthening the body, softening tension, inviting deeper stretch, and building into moments of grounded intensity. From there, we journey back down the other side of the mountain, easing you into a centered, spacious state that supports the rest of your Saturday with intention and vitality.
Each session is designed to feel like an honest, embodied reset—creating room for breath, strength, and renewal.

What to Expect
A 45-minute gentle stretch class designed to calm the nervous system and restore the body. This session is steeped in grounded energy—slow, intentional, and nurturing.
The space itself sets the tone: cozy, candlelit, and surrounded by hanging plants. Expect athletic repair,mindful movement, muscle intelligence and the kind of stillness that stays with you.
This class pairs beautifully with the motivating Spin session beforehand—together, they create a full-body reset to launch your week with clarity and momentum.

Both of my weekly classes at this studio are included with membership. Non-members are welcome to purchase a $12 day pass for full access to the gym, all classes, and amenities for the entire day.
