Commit to a Year of Restoration

Choose this option to enjoy the discounted bundle and immerse yourself in a beautifully curated experience by reserving your spot in all four Restorative Workshops for the year. This commitment offers a consistent rhythm of nourishment, grounding, and renewal—aligned with the most powerful seasonal moments of the year.

2026 Workshop Dates

  • Vernal Equinox – March 21, 2026

  • Summer Solstice – June 20, 2026

  • Autumnal Equinox – September 19, 2026

  • Winter Solstice – December 19, 2026

Each workshop meets the Saturday closest to the actual equinox or solstice
Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM (approx.)

These sessions are intentionally aligned with the year’s natural pulse points—moments when the earth shifts, the light changes, and our bodies instinctively seek re-calibration.

A Refined Seasonal Experience

Beyond the physical practice, each workshop invites you into a sanctuary of reflection, restoration, and seasonal ritual. You’ll savor an exquisite hot tea blend—hand-selected to complement each season’s unique energy—while settling into a moment of soothing contemplation.

This is your time to pause, realign, reconnect, and nourish your inner landscape. Whether you seek a gentle reset or a deeper attunement to nature’s rhythm, these workshops offer a powerful container for healing and renewal throughout the year.

A Practice That Honors Your Body

This entire experience is designed to harmonize with your healing—not push past your limits.
Instead of “being the boss” of the body, you’ll be guided to follow your breath, your sensations, and your natural pace.

Go slowly.
Check in often.
Pause when something doesn’t feel right.

If wrists or elbows need rest, shift into child’s pose.
If child’s pose is uncomfortable, lie on your back with a bolster or pillow under your knees.
You’ll also be supported in exploring a variety of grounding, heart-opening restorative postures.
