Join us in the Geodesic dome at The Grove in Mendocino for our third seasonal restorative workshop.  Return to the sacred space of home in your body.  Pause, reflect, let go.... repeat. 
 
Beyond physical practice, Sara of All Rhythms Wellness  joins us to offer a deeply nourishing sound healing session after your restorative yoga session. 
 
The usual check in (although this "seasonal rest stop"  will have less talking and more slow easy yoga) the usual stunning herbal tea formula in a locally crafted earthen cup and the usual good, soothing, and nourishing vibes will all be there.
 
Autumn is a time of soothing contemplation  we hope that this session will refresh your senses and leave you feeling invigorated.
 
These special seasonal sessions are thoughtfully timed with the year's pivotal pulse points: the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox, and Winter Solstice.
 
11:30-1:30 PM Saturday September 19th... Your yoga mat, a bolster, a fuzzy blanket, a cup of hot herbal tea & supportive community await you.

This entire experience is meant to be in harmony with your healing.
 
So often, in physical practices, we try to "be the boss " of our bodies; in this class, you are encouraged to follow your breath and your body’s lead. Go slow, check-in, and pause when something doesn't feel right for you.If your wrists or elbows cannot bear weight, please practice child's pose. If child's pose hurts, take a moment to lay on your back with your large pillow or bolster under your knees. Or try out any of these restorative heart-opening postures.
