Monday Nights at The Bar…A Gym

This 45-minute class takes place in a cozy, candlelit space that blends warmth with intention—surrounded by hanging plants, gentle strength-building, and mindful muscle repair. It’s my classic “Delphine Yoga” experience: gently intense, nurturing, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. This class pairs beautifully with the motivating Spin session beforehand, creating a full-body reset to launch your week with clarity and momentum.
You’re invited to join us anytime. Both classes are included in membership, and non-members can purchase a $12 day pass for full access to the gym, all classes, and amenities for the entire day. I’d truly love to see you there.

Saturdays (Beginning January 3rd) at Redwood Dance Studio / Mendocino Dance Project

10:30–11:30 AM

This class carries a gentle, steady arc—warming the body, softening tension, inviting deeper stretch, and building into a bit of grounded intensity. We then journey back down the “other side of the mountain,” easing you into a centered, spacious state that supports the rest of your Saturday plans with intention and vitality. Each session is designed to feel like an embodied reset, creating room for breath, strength, and renewal.
